Happy New Year to our loyal Pet Wize family! This month we are celebrating two very special winners of our Pets of the Month contest: Athena and LilyBeth Rose!
After the voting was complete, we noticed something very special about Athena and LilyBeth... they are both related to two of our previous winners! Some of you may remember LilyBeth's brother Toby as our August Top Doggo, and Athena's brother Valor as our September Meowdel. We're happy to see that stardom runs in the family! A big thank you to all those who participated this month and we hope to see even more submissions next month!
What makes LilyBeth unique?
"LilyBeth is a Pomsky, chihuahua/terrier mix. She is a wild child who loves to play with her brother Toby, sister Bouncy and human sister Elaina! She is a mama’s girl and is as sweet as she is wild! Her puppy dog eyes are absolutely adorable and help her get her way most of the time. She especially loves to play on the trampoline with her brother Toby and runs faster than any dog I’ve ever seen!"
What makes Athena unique?
"Athena is named after the goddess due to her wise, cautious and discerning nature. She is very protective of her brother, Valor, and even taught him how to eat again by picking up food with his paw after he had an accident. She is a homebody but does appreciate going to Pet Wise with her brother as long as she stays in her stroller and her Pet Wise family comes over to shower her with pets and attention."
